Brent is available to consult with federal defense attorneys about their clients’ cases at all stages of the proceedings -- including pretrial, trial, sentencing, appeals, and post-conviction. He also can assist in the preparation of motions, briefs, petitions, and other legal documents to be filed and can appear as cocounsel.
He also can offer persons charged with or convicted of federal offenses an assessment of their cases – such as advising them whether they have a viable compassionate release motion or a § 2255 motion challenging their convictions or sentences.
